Stopped by the Goodwill Outlet today and spotted this little gem. I spoke to the owner for a bit as well. Lowered, adjustable coilovers and a lowered racing seat so that he actually see out instead of staring at the windshield header. He does say that it’s a bit uncomfortable as a DD but he obviously loves the little thing.

I have to ask him, a lot has been done, he’s a respiratory therapist (smoked a ton of weed in college too , still does) and is single, I know he has spent a considerable amount of money on it.

You almost got me to rent a local S2000 through Turo for a cruise this Saturday, but I managed to refrain. Stop tempting me!

Still single? Has the dating pool in Silicon Valley devolved into a human cesspool ?

I think they are sequential or something, it may not even be the original engine to be honest, he has spent probably $30k after buying the car. It was in the shop several times for various upgrades. It is insanely fast, it’s one of those cars you can look at an overpass sign down the highway and then you are transported there. He goes to the Buttonwillow track. I haven’t talked to him too much lately, he was my best friend in college and we chat sometimes now.

He was with a girl for a while, she got a helmet one time when we went to Sear Point at their shop. I think they did some driving at Buttonwillow together. Not sure what happened, he never lived with her.

He’s a pretty interesting guy, he was my best friend all through colle ge . He is adopted, his dad always said he worked at Stanford teaching, which was true, but when he retired he let them know he designed communication equipment for the CIA. His dad has an F355.

Not much in electronics, but I had already purchased that Dell Precision M6700 earlier today. I did get a few LED lights, a 3-device Bluetooth keyboard to match my mouse, some CDs and DVDs, and a bunch of Hot Wheels and similar vehicles and a few misc items:
Thanks to the weight of the cars it weighed a bit more than I would have liked, but whatever - there were some pretty cool ones in there (at least to me...)

You can put a turbo per pai r of cylinders (ideally paired by both cylinders sharing the same “crankshaft position” ) like this :
You can even make a quad turbo but it’s not really ideal :)
